Loulette Gown Contract
Congratulations on finding your Loulette gown! We are honored to create your gown, and so thrilled to work with you! But, just like entering into a marriage, we have a contract to sign.
Please read through the contract and fill out the fields below. Hit "Submit" and you are good to go!
Thank you for being a #realloulettebride! We truly appreciate you and your business, and can't wait to see you on your wedding day!
Unless you purchased a Sample Sale Gown, all our gowns are Made to Order, especially for you. As each gown is made to order, and is not the exact physical sample gown that was tried on in store, minor variations in dye-lot, sewing, and fit are possible. A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required upon purchase, and the balance is due at pick-up.
Your gown size is determined by your Bridal Consultant during your Loulette Studio appointment. Size is determined by the largest measurement; therefore, alterations are typically required. We are not responsible for any change in size that may occur after we have measured you. Loulette Bride does not assume responsibility for a third party seamstress or cleaners.
Loulette Bride offers In-House Alterations that include hem, strap, and other minor adjustments for a fee of $475. Larger alterations and other pattern customizations must be discussed beforehand. This is an optional fee, and you are welcome to have your gown altered elsewhere. Loulette Bride does not assume responsibility for a third party seamstress or cleaners.
We require 8-10 weeks to manufacturer your gown, unless otherwise specified. Once your gown has arrived, we will call you to schedule an appointment to pick up your gown. We can also ship your gown to you for a delivery fee. Final payment is due upon pick-up. Please be prepared that dresses could arrive earlier than expected.
Due to the fact that each Loulette Gown is made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds or transfers of deposits. All sales are final. If merchandise is left unclaimed in the boutique past the wedding date, the merchandise becomes property of Loulette Bride and any deposits or payments are forfeited.
If the event is cancelled, you are still responsible for full payment of your merchandise. Dress information and instructions that will aid in the dresses resale will be given to the customer upon pick up of the dress.
