Why Loulette?
In the current world of “Bridal” there are endless options for where to get your dream gown. We wanted to highlight a few reasons why Loulette Bride is an easy YES:
INTEGRITY
All our designs are original, customizable, inclusive, and unique to Loulette Bride.
RESPONSIBILITY
For every dress sold, we plant a tree in that bride’s name with One Tree Planted.
Each season, we choose a new charity to donate a portion of our sales to, such as The Sunrise Movement & The Brigid Alliance.
We use recycled poly lining and natural fabrics like cotton, silk, and linen.
All gowns are made to order, which eliminates excess inventory.
We design and pattern our garments to create as little waste as possible, and all fabric scraps are recycled with Fab Scrap.
All our shipping is completely plastic-free (or reused plastics from other sources), and our garment bags are biodegradable.
We launched the West Street Wedding Collective Mentorship Program: a free program for students of color to work on their creative endeavors with local experts.
INCLUSIVITY
Loulette Bride gowns are created with EVERY body in mind. From sketch to fabric selection to the finished garment, each and every gown is designed to fit and flatter every curve, on any skin tone. Loulette Bride proudly supports and stands with our LGBTQ+ community.
Loulette is also a SAFE space for all of your bridal appointments. Our small team is committed to making every bride comfortable and excited to explore and play dress up. We do everything locally, supporting our local garment industry, eliminating excessive shipping, minimizing carbon impact, ensuring that our quality is top-notch, and that our labor is always fair and ethical.
