Veils, Headbands, Bows, Oh My!
You've got the gown, but are you a classic veil bride? Cool headband bride? Flowers-in-your-hair bride? Let's chat about some different options you get to explore!
VEILS: We love a veil moment! While the history of veils is questionable… it is a lovely add on - especially because you will most likely only have it on for the ceremony and photos. Our Blondie veil can be spiced up with embroidery, and our Charlie veil is nice and simple. We have also done a handful of custom veils for our brides, so if you want something more specific, we’ve got you covered!
HEADBANDS: We have a lovely array of different headbands, hair vines, and crowns in our shop for you to try at your appointments. Some of our favorites include The Baby’s Breath Headband by Nestina Accessories, The Vera Headband and The Calypso Vine by Emma Katzka, and The Anna Headband by Hushed Commotion.
BOWS: We all know that bows are having a MOMENT. If you don’t want them on your gown, another fun way is to use them in your hair! We have a ton of newly added bows in our studio for your hair, the back of your gown, and even the top of your veil.
SHOES: WE HAVE BRIDAL SHOES Y’ALL! We partnered with our friends at sustainable shoe brand Alterre to create the perfect shoe to match any Loulette look. Our Daisy Heel and Hibiscus Heels are designed and embellished to order with silk organza flower petals, hand beading, and drop crystals for the perfect amount of sparkle magic.
Both Heels are produced using a fair labor manufacturer in Brazil, and created with recycled plastic, pleated silk charmeuse, and local Brazilian leather. 5% of profits have been donated to Restore NYC, a non-profit organization that provides rehabilitation to victims of sex-trafficking in New York.
